A month after announcing that she is expecting her first child with husband Justin, the model opened up about some of the unpleasant aspects of the experience in a new post on her Instagram Story.

“So who was gonna tell me about the lower back pain? 😵💫 🤰🤰,” Bieber wrote over a selfie. The photo showed the Rhode founder clad in a dark green Fila quarter-zip sweater, sourced from Rebalance Vintage, black biker shorts, and black headphones. She lifted her sweater up slightly to show her growing baby bump.
The Biebers, who married in September 2018, revealed in May that they’re expecting their first child, by posting photos from their recent vow renewal ceremony. In the romantic photo shoot, Hailey debuted her baby bump for the first time, wearing a lacy white Saint Laurent dress with off-the-shoulder long sleeves. “Peaches” singer Justin also wore head-to-toe Saint Laurent for the special ceremony: a shaggy black fur jacket, a white T-shirt, and black bottoms.
Since then, Hailey hasn’t been shy about showing off her low-key maternity style, which has so far included cropped T-shirts, boxy blazers, and wide-leg pants.
She discussed the possibility of having children with Justin in an interview for Harper’s Bazaar’s September 2022 cover story. “I know eventually, when kids come in the picture, that’s going to be a whole other season of navigating how to make that work,” the model said then.
