Daisy Edgar-Jones Embraces Summer Jewelry Trend

Daisy Edgar-Jones has been blowing us away with Twisters red-carpet looks, and—just as with any cyclone—we don’t know where her fashion will go next.

For the L.A. premiere of the highly anticipated action-thriller sequel, the Golden Globe nominee chose a paper-white Gucci dress that looked like it had blown right onto her with the wind.

The sleeveless column dress was quite form-fitting, but still featured a few billowing details, as seen on one side of the skirt, where the material puffed out thanks to a high slit up the leg, as well as on the bunchy neckline, which looked like a mock scarf.

Around the other side, the Gucci design was nearly backless, save for a sash of fabric that continued from the front and trailed down her back, as well as a diagonal cross-strap that cut across her shoulder blades.

Edgar-Jones once again teamed up with her go-to stylist, Dani Michelle, to achieve this look. So far, Michelle has constructed all the actor’s ensembles for the Twisters press tour, from two-tone tornadolike dresses to all-denim sets and underwear-baring moments.

To complete the ensemble, Michelle chose to celebrate one of the summer’s hottest jewelry trends by adding a chunky golden cuff from Tiffany & Co. Against the stark material of the Normal People star’s dress, the Elsa Peretti doughnut bangle really stood out, and it coordinated well with Edgar-Jones’s golden kidney bean–shaped earrings and split ring, both also courtesy of Tiffany. While Edgar-Jones often keeps her hair down, this look saw her hair tied up in a ponytail, and she rocked a soft pink lip and subtle blush.
