The highly-anticipated spinoff to WandaVision (2020), which has been nearly three years in the making, is finally arriving to Disney+.
Just in time for spooky season, our witchy Agatha Harkness (Kathryn Hahn) is getting her time to shine in Agatha All Along, a 9-episode sequel series that adds to Phase Five of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and was created by Jac Schaeffer, who previously served as the writer, creator, and executive producer on WandaVision.
The last we saw Agatha, she was trapped in the Agnes person she had adopted during Wanda, doomed to live in the town of Westview, New Jersey, forever without any of her powers. That is… until she’s released from her spell by a teen goth (played by Heartstopper’s Joe Locke).
That is where we begin in the new series, and upon freeing Agatha, the teen asks her to help him defeat the Witches’ Road, a fabled series of trials that, if survived, will award a witch with their deepest desire. Intrigued, Agatha decides to team up with the youngster, and the two band together an unlikely coven of in an attempt to win the top prize. Making up this motley crew are a number of new faces joining the Marvel universe, including Aubrey Plaza, Patti LuPone, Sasheer Zamata, Ali Ahn, and Debra Jo Rupp.
Agatha All Along will premiere with two new episodes on Disney+ starting at 9:01pm on September 18. Following that, episodes will arrive to the streaming service on a weekly basis, until the final two installments premiere on October 30 (fittingly, the day before Halloween).
Ahead, see how and when to watch the über-hyped Marvel miniseries.
